Zscaler is seeking a Technical Success Manager for its SecOps division to lead strategic engagements with high-profile enterprise accounts. The role combines technical expertise with customer success, focusing on ensuring solutions align with business needs and drive long-term value.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic customer engagements to understand complex technical environments and identify security risks; developing deep product expertise across Zscaler's Data Fabric for Security and Unified Vulnerability Management modules; delivering expert technical consulting and training sessions both virtually and on-site; and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve escalations and streamline customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed with deep empathy for enterprise security leaders, skilled at translating complex technical concepts into executive-ready guidance. You should be data-driven with hands-on experience in data modeling, SQL, and security analytics. The role requires proven track record in customer-facing technical consultancy or success roles within cybersecurity, with demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and conduct strategic customer engagements.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; experience analyzing technical environments and troubleshooting critical escalations; background in data modeling, SQL, or ETL processes; and demonstrated curiosity about AI tools with proven integration into workflows. Preferred qualifications include deep domain expertise in vulnerability management programs and enterprise risk scoring, prior experience mentoring technical engineers, and familiarity with security data fabric architectures.
This hybrid role reports to the Manager of Technical Success Management and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge security technology while directly impacting enterprise customer outcomes.
