Lambda is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers globally, from AI researchers to enterprises and hyperscalers. The Superintelligence Technical Success Engineer is part of Lambda's Superintelligence business unit, focused on the company's largest and most strategic customers operating in complex environments.
In this role, you own the end-to-end deployment journey—from signed contract through to a live, fully operational production environment. You'll validate configurations, connectivity, storage, and compute against promised specifications, identify gaps, and work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking signed deployments from contract to live production, validating all technical components
- Providing technical depth in validation and troubleshooting conversations with customers and internal teams
- Coordinating across Infrastructure, Engineering, Product, and Data Center teams to close technical dependencies and resolve blockers
- Maintaining an accurate, current technical picture of each deployment—what's built, what's open, what's at risk
- Keeping stakeholders informed with clear, regular status updates including RAG status, top risks, and mitigation efforts
- Guiding customers through onboarding to their first successful production workload
- Serving as the customer's primary technical contact through deployment and early production phases
- Documenting recurring technical patterns into reusable runbooks, checklists, and automation
- Transitioning out once the customer is stable and self-sufficient
You bring 4+ years of hands-on technical experience with GPU/HPC infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or large-scale Linux systems. You're comfortable being the technical voice in the room, validating builds, spotting gaps, and holding engineering teams accountable. You have strong troubleshooting instincts and willingness to dive deep into networking, storage, or compute issues. You have a track record of coordinating across teams to close technical dependencies and communicating clearly in writing and verbally.
Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to large-scale GPU cluster deployments, familiarity with project/program tracking tools and structured status reporting, and experience building runbooks or checklists that outlived the engagement they were built for.
