StubHub is seeking a Technical SOX Program Manager to serve as the central coordinator for the company's SOX compliance program. Reporting to the Director of Engineering and GRC, this hands-on individual contributor role focuses on managing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance across Technology Operations and FinTech functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary SOX point of contact for Technology Operations and FinTech, acting as the central coordinator between Engineering, Finance, and Internal Audit teams.
- Owning the end-to-end SOX calendar, including planning, testing, control execution, evidence collection, remediation, and reporting.
- Partnering with Internal Audit and External Audit to ensure audit readiness and drive continuous improvement across the SOX program.
- Defining and executing the control implementation strategy across compliance frameworks.
- Ensuring control owners execute controls effectively while maintaining audit readiness.
- Managing SOX documentation, control matrices, and evidence repositories.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to remediate control gaps and deficiencies.
- Tracking and reporting on SOX compliance metrics and audit findings.
The role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of SOX requirements and internal controls, and the ability to work collaboratively across technical and finance teams. This is a strategic position that bridges compliance, engineering, and finance to ensure StubHub maintains robust financial controls and audit readiness.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) in New York, NY.
