OneStream is seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to design, develop, and maintain next-generation application development accelerators for the Solution Developer Kit—a development platform for the OneStream finance software platform. This role bridges product engineering and customer success, requiring deep .NET expertise combined with the ability to guide partners on best practices for building solutions on OneStream.
You will lead design discussions for new accelerators, architect solutions that work across web-based, inter-process, and embedded environments, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on evolving development standards. Key responsibilities include designing and architecting interactive solutions, providing complex design requirements for major features, documenting source code and APIs, conducting unit testing, and defining development standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will also engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand development priorities, support the delivery of toolkits (Solution Packaging Kit, Productization Playbook), and contribute to commercialization efforts around Genesis-related releases. This is a technical leadership role for someone who can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of .NET software development experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or SaaS environments
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and contributing to product vision or standards definition
- Understanding of platform architecture, reusable components, and modular design (low-code/no-code experience is a plus)
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; comfortable translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Technical familiarity and implementation experience with OneStream platform

- Financial systems expertise
- C# and/or VB.NET coding experience
