Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Technical Publications organization supports complex hardware, software, autonomy, and defense systems across multiple divisions and programs. As Technical Publications Program Analyst, you will serve as the operational backbone of the Technical Publications leadership team. Your mission is to keep leadership current, prepared, and able to make decisions without chasing information across the department. You will transform program requirements, contractual deliverables, leadership requests, and cross-functional inputs into clear trackers, briefing materials, and action records that leadership can trust and act on immediately. Key responsibilities include: - Gather, reconcile, and track technical publication requirements across programs, contracts, standards, and customer deliverables - Track CDRL, DMRL, and other committed deliverable schedules, keeping leadership current on what is due and what has changed - Build and maintain trackers, decision logs, action records, and status materials that leadership relies on for operations - Prepare briefings, status summaries, planning materials, and decision documents for senior leadership - Coordinate cross-functional follow-through across Technical Publications, Mission Readiness, Engineering, Program Management, Training, ILS, Support, and Product teams - Support leadership reviews, agendas, pre-reads, action tracking, proposals, and administrative work that enables department operations - Handle sensitive business and personnel information with discretion while maintaining accurate, current records Required qualifications include experience in program analysis, business operations, project coordination, or technical operations in environments with formal requirements or customer deliverables. You must demonstrate strong written communication and presentation skills, exceptional organizational discipline and attention to detail, and the ability to maintain trackers and status records that others trust for decision-making. Experience reconciling conflicting stakeholder inputs and maintaining milestone discipline across Draft, Preliminary, and Final states is essential. Must be eligible for Secret and higher security clearance.
