Beacon Software acquires vertical market software companies and integrates them onto a unified operating standard. As Technical Project Manager for Integrations, you will lead the post-acquisition integration process from close through handoff to steady state. You will own the complete integration plan for each acquisition, defining scope, sequencing, owners, and timelines across IT, Finance, GTM, Legal, and HR. You serve as the primary coordination point between the acquired company's leadership and Beacon's functional teams, translating operational differences and ensuring smooth transitions. This is a hands-on role where you both drive the plan and execute work within it. Key responsibilities include: running recurring integration cadences and keeping plans current; moving companies onto Beacon's standard (identity systems, device management, security baselines, core business systems); partnering with IT and Security to sequence and unblock system migrations; reporting honest progress to leadership with early escalations and recommendations; and continuously improving the integration playbook based on lessons learned. You will need 5+ years of project or program management experience running cross-functional programs end-to-end, with demonstrated ability to coordinate across competing priorities. Technical comfort with identity, device management, and SaaS platforms is required—you don't need to configure systems, but must follow technical work and ask incisive questions. Strong written communication is essential, as much of the role involves clear status updates to leadership. You should have a bias for action, adaptability when programs shift, and confidence to get hands-on when needed. Nice-to-have experience includes post-close M&A integration (in-house or advisory), exposure to IAM/MDM/SSO rollouts, SOC 2/ISO 27001/SOX ITGC programs, and automation experience.
