Zscaler is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the REIS (Reliability Engineering and Infrastructure Services) department, reporting to the Sr Manager of Technical Program Management. This hybrid role (3 days/week on-site in San Jose) focuses on managing end-to-end procurement workflows for data center-related services, ensuring operational efficiency and service-level performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing procurement request intake through shared team channels, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and fulfillment in Coupa, Jira, and related systems
- Supporting end-to-end processing for purchase orders and data center services including colocation, IP transit, interconnects, blanket POs, and renewals
- Monitoring request progress against SLA expectations, following up on missing information, approvals, and blockers
- Assisting with contract routing, invoice reconciliation, billing inquiries, Finance coordination, and tracking requests through Asana
- Maintaining trackers, reports, and process documentation; reconciling data; and contributing to workflow improvements and ad hoc projects
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in procurement operations, order management, or similar operational roles
- Proficiency with Coupa and workflow tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Ironclad, Google Workspace)
- Experience supporting procurement workflows for data center services (colocation, space/power, IP transit, interconnects)
- Familiarity with contract and billing terms (MRC, NRC) and billing validation processes
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage high request volumes, and experience in SLA-driven environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; spreadsheet proficiency; data reconciliation capability
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows
