Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be the engine driving client success by combining tactical execution with strategic expertise to lead cross-functional teams through multiple concurrent project lifecycles. You'll own the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, planning, implementation, and deployment support for global clients and partners. Your responsibilities include forecasting and communicating project timelines to stakeholders, proactively partnering with commercial and technical teams to educate them on Socure's solutions, and closely collaborating with developers and deployment managers to integrate Socure's technology with client applications. You'll investigate and diagnose technical challenges alongside Socure's teams, facilitate client status meetings to manage scope and schedule, and continuously learn Socure's product suite to understand how clients can leverage the technology and contribute to the product roadmap. You bring 5+ years of IT project management or technical consultancy experience in hardware or software companies. You're a self-starter with applied knowledge of agile software development processes and a strong interest in learning about identity and location technology. You're a high-performer comfortable in fast-paced, analytical environments with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems and foster relationships with both technical and commercial stakeholders. You're process-oriented with an eye for detail and improvements, and you communicate fluently and idiomatically in English. Preferred qualifications include a BS or MS in a relevant technology or management field (Computer Science is a plus), experience with project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, MS Office, MS Project), and certifications such as PMP or CSM.
