As Technical Project Manager, you will lead customer deployments across the Polimorphic platform, owning the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from discovery through go-live and adoption. You will manage a portfolio of city, county, and state customers, building detailed project plans with clear phases, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria. You'll run steady cadences with each customer through working sessions, status updates, and risk tracking, while juggling multiple concurrent implementations.
Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions with government staff to document processes and requirements, translating findings into configuration and data setup plans, and running testing and user acceptance testing before go-live. You will build customer-specific workflows in the no-code environment, including form design, routing logic, approvals, and notifications. You'll configure and tune AI agents on customer content, partner with engineering on integrations with government systems (permitting platforms, ERPs, legacy databases), and own field mapping, data requirements, test plans, and validation.
You will train administrators and end users, leaving behind maintainable documentation. You'll partner with Sales on kickoff handoffs and with Customer Success at activation to ensure continuity. You'll also work with Product and Engineering to define configuration requirements and confirm feature readiness before committing dates to customers.
Required: 3–6 years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, technology adoption consulting, or technical project management. You must have a documented project management approach with artifacts (plans, risk tracking, status reporting, go-live readiness). Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, comfort with hands-on technical work (APIs, integrations, field mapping, data imports, no-code builders), and clear communication across all levels. Practical use of AI tools in daily work is expected. Willingness to travel 10–15% for kickoffs, training, and go-lives.
Nice to have: GovTech or public sector delivery experience, implementation in regulated or procurement-driven environments, hands-on integration with Tyler, Accela, OpenGov, or comparable platforms, and PMP or similar certification.
