Salary: CAD 120,000 - 170,000 / annual
PocketHealth is a healthtech company that provides imaging platforms and AI-powered automation tools to healthcare providers. The company's flagship product gives patients secure access to medical images and records, while Conductor is an agentic AI platform designed to reduce administrative burden on healthcare providers.
You will serve as Technical Project Manager, owning the end-to-end execution of complex Conductor deployments with healthcare providers including hospitals and clinics. This role bridges clients, engineering, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring deployments move quickly, stakeholders remain aligned, and clients successfully launch and expand with Conductor.
Key responsibilities include:
**Deployment Ownership**: Serve as primary point of contact for client stakeholders from kickoff through go-live. Build and manage deployment plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking. Drive deployment cadence through regular status updates and coordinate user acceptance testing with formal sign-off.
**Discovery & Scoping**: Run in-depth discovery sessions with client teams (scheduling, medical records, imaging operations) to understand current-state workflows, volumes, handoffs, exceptions, and systems involved. Document workflows and produce comprehensive scoping documents covering workflow logic, inputs/outputs, edge cases, integration dependencies, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
**Cross-Functional Delivery**: Partner with engineers to resolve questions, evaluate feasibility and trade-offs, and manage scope changes. Identify blockers and drive resolution while keeping teams aligned. Determine when client requests fall outside contracted scope and require additional resources or alternative solutions. Maintain deployment documentation and tickets for team clarity.
**Outcomes & Expansion**: Track and report outcome metrics for live automations, reviewing them regularly with clients. Identify adjacent workflows for Conductor automation and partner with sales on expansion opportunities. Translate deployment patterns into product feedback and repeatable templates.
You will manage multiple deployments simultaneously. While you don't need to be an engineer, you should understand how systems connect and be able to translate a client's operational reality into scope engineers can build from. The role emphasizes structure, independence, attention to adjacent workflows, strong documentation, and using AI as a core multiplier for your own work.
**Requirements**
- 5-7 years in technical project management, implementation consulting, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations with accountability for execution and outcomes
- Experience owning complex B2B deployments involving multiple stakeholders and dependencies, managing several simultaneously
- Experience working with healthcare providers or in similarly complex, regulated operational environments
- Demonstrated ability to produce requirements or scope documentation that engineering teams have built from
- Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
- Strong project management skills including driving timelines, managing risks, and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, executives, and front-line staff
- Strong plus: experience with EHR or RIS/PACS implementations, workflow automation, or integration-heavy enterprise software
- Strong plus: process improvement background
