Delinea is a cloud-native Identity Security Platform company that uses AI-powered intelligence to govern human and machine identities across modern enterprises. As Technical Program Manager for Engineering Operations, you will bridge program delivery discipline with hands-on ownership of the tools, vendors, and financial operations that keep the Engineering organization running effectively.
You will lead multiple concurrent software development projects across Engineering teams, managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring alignment on delivery timelines, milestones, and priorities. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Engineering and key partners including IT/BizApps, Security, Legal, Privacy, FP&A, and Cloud, handling everything from program status reviews to SaaS vendor renewals.
Key responsibilities include:
**Program & Delivery Management:** Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, manage cross-functional dependencies, identify and resolve blockers, maintain project dashboards and burndown charts, and communicate status to stakeholders.
**Engineering Operations & Vendor Management:** Own the Engineering vendor lifecycle and developer tooling as the primary point of contact. Drive SaaS vendor onboarding with working knowledge of MSAs, DPAs, and procurement workflows. Understand Delinea's GRC practices to navigate vendor requests efficiently. Coordinate Privacy and Security reviews using tools like Zip.
**Developer Tooling Ownership:** Lead application and service consolidation across acquired technology stacks (StrongDM, Fastpath, Authomize, Thycotic/Centrify). Own the Engineering tooling renewal calendar to prevent service lapses and enable proactive negotiations. Administer license distribution and reclamation in partnership with IT/BizApps and DevEx teams. Implement security guidelines including SSO and access reviews. Evaluate and roll out expanded capabilities across tools like Docker Hub, Postman, and AI-enabled platforms.
This role requires someone equally comfortable leading program reviews, resolving dependencies, and negotiating vendor agreements. You'll work in a hybrid capacity in Mexico City with a global, security-focused organization backed by TPG.
