As Technical Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software implementations. This is a client-facing role at the center of every engagement where you translate customer needs into executable plans, drive cross-functional teams to deliver, and maintain alignment from kickoff through go-live and stabilization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own delivery end-to-end: Run enterprise implementation projects accountable for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Build and manage project plans: Break down complex requirements into clear phases, milestones, dependencies, and owners; maintain currency and make trade-offs visible.
- Lead requirements gathering: Facilitate discovery workshops, document requirements in structured format, manage sign-off, and maintain traceability through design, build, and testing.
- Run cross-functional teams: Coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders; remove blockers and resolve conflicts.
- Own client relationships: Serve as primary point of contact for status meetings, steering committee updates, and escalations; set expectations and protect relationships during difficult conversations.
- Manage scope, risk, and change: Hold the line on scope creep, document and quantify changes, and proactively manage risks with live mitigation views.
- Stay technical and improve: Understand architecture and integrations well enough to challenge estimates; produce clear status reports and feed lessons learned into methodology.
Success means projects land on time, on budget, and within scope; clients feel informed and in control; risks surface early; and delivery teams are aligned with clean handoffs to support and account teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects, ideally in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget as the primary delivery owner for enterprise clients.
- Technical fluency: ability to read solution designs, understand integrations and data flows, and hold your own in technical discussions without being the engineer.
- Requirements and delivery craft: proven ability to run requirements and discovery sessions, translate them into clear documented business requirements, and solid command of project management fundamentals (planning, estimation, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, change control).
- Stakeholder management: excellent communication, comfort presenting to senior and executive audiences, ability to manage scope, timelines, and difficult conversations without losing the relationship.
- Ways of working: organized and calm under pressure, over-communicate rather than under-communicate, direct when needed and diplomatic when needed, own outcomes rather than pointing to process.
- Preferred: earlier technical role (engineering, solution architecture, or implementation consulting); experience delivering configurable enterprise platforms or workflow/automation software; fluency in both agile and traditional delivery; experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains; PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or equivalent certification; exposure to AI-assisted or modern delivery tooling.
