You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software implementations in this client-facing role. You'll translate customer needs into executable plans, drive cross-functional teams (solution architects, engineers, QA, stakeholders) toward shared outcomes, and maintain alignment from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. This is not a task-tracking role—you'll engage in technical conversations, lead business requirement sessions, make delivery decisions, and think like an account owner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running enterprise implementation projects end-to-end, accountable for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction
- Breaking down complex requirements into clear project plans with phases, milestones, dependencies, and owners
- Owning business requirement sessions, facilitating discovery workshops, documenting requirements, and managing sign-off
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring clarity of ownership
- Serving as the primary client contact for status meetings, steering committee updates, and escalations
- Managing scope creep, documenting changes, and proactively managing risks and issues
- Understanding architecture, integrations, and configuration decisions well enough to challenge estimates and speak credibly with engineers
- Producing honest, clear status reports and feeding lessons learned back into delivery methodology
Success means projects land on time, on budget, and within scope; clients feel informed and in control; risks surface early; and the delivery team is aligned with clean handoffs to support and account teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years managing technical or software implementation projects, ideally in enterprise SaaS, professional services, or client-facing delivery, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget as the primary delivery owner
- Technical fluency: ability to read solution designs, understand integrations and data flows, and hold your own in technical discussions without being the engineer
- Proven ability to run requirements and discovery sessions, translate them into clear documented business requirements, and command project management fundamentals (planning, estimation, dependency management, risk/issue tracking, change control)
- Excellent communication, comfort presenting to senior and executive audiences, and ability to manage scope, timelines, and difficult conversations without losing relationships
- Organized and calm under pressure; over-communicate rather than under-communicate; direct when needed, diplomatic when needed; own outcomes rather than pointing to process
- Preferred: earlier technical role (engineering, solution architecture, implementation consulting); experience with configurable enterprise platforms or workflow/automation software; fluency in both agile and traditional delivery; experience in regulated or risk-sensitive domains; PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, or equivalent certification; exposure to AI-assisted or modern delivery tooling
