The Technical Project Manager leads end-to-end customer implementation projects, with primary focus on Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and API-based integrations. In this role, you will own the complete delivery lifecycle of technical implementation projects—from requirements gathering through go-live. You'll manage project scope, timeline, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while serving as the technical subject matter expert for the Implementation Team and a trusted advisor to customers navigating complex technical setup. Key responsibilities include: • Lead end-to-end delivery of customer technical implementation projects, emphasizing SSO configuration (SAML, OIDC) and API-based/custom integrations • Manage project scope, timeline, and change control; gather and document client requirements; recommend solutions aligned with best practices • Provide regular project status updates and reporting to project management and technical leadership • Serve as subject matter expert on customer-facing technical solutions, particularly SSO and API integrations • Act as trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through technical decisions during implementation • Provide technical guidance and escalation support to the global Implementation Team • Communicate effectively across the organization, interfacing with stakeholders at multiple management levels • Collaborate in a matrixed environment across Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success • Support team process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and internal processes Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience in client-facing technical implementation or project management roles. You should have hands-on experience with SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC), API-based integration work, and ticketing systems like Jira and Confluence. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience is required. Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with global implementation considerations are essential. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce experience/certification, analytics and reporting tools expertise, and understanding of the Health & Safety regulatory environment. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with offices in Lehi, Utah; Dallas, Texas; or Houston, Texas. Candidates within commuting distance of these offices are strongly preferred, though exceptional candidates may be considered for fully remote arrangements. Up to 10% travel required.
