n8n is seeking a highly technical educator and problem-solver to serve as the technical anchor for its scaled enterprise customer success team, supporting accounts in the €20K–50K ARR segment. As an individual contributor (not a people manager), you will act as the "technical unblocker" for hundreds of enterprise customers simultaneously, leveraging deep architectural understanding of n8n's developer-focused workflow orchestration platform. Key responsibilities include: leading weekly office hours and monthly deep-dive webinars on enterprise pain points (error handling, AI agents, self-hosting, security, governance); serving as the technical expert in the enterprise Slack channel, triaging and escalating issues; jumping into activation calls to unblock stuck customers; partnering with teams to build playbooks including reference workflows, integration patterns, and security guides; building advanced use-case templates and video tutorials for automated distribution; creating internal n8n automations for CS operations; identifying accounts with fragile technical setups and intervening proactively; and synthesizing friction points from live sessions to feed product feedback. You will design and lead one-to-many technical enablement sessions rather than managing a traditional 1:1 book of business. The role emphasizes a "solve it once, document it for everyone" mentality, turning individual solutions into scalable, reusable assets. Required: 3–5+ years as a high-performing individual contributor in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy in B2B SaaS. Strong hands-on technical skills with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation. Exceptional presentation and communication abilities; comfort commanding rooms of 50+ engineers and breaking down complex concepts. Deep empathy for builders and developers with a scalable mindset. Nice-to-haves: technical degree (Computer Science, Machine Learning, etc.); hands-on n8n experience. n8n is a Berlin-based, remote-first company founded in 2019, now with 260+ employees across Europe and the US. The platform has 650K+ active developers, 190K+ GitHub stars, and is backed by Sequoia and SAP (valued at $5.2bn). Visa sponsorship available.
