Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as a technical, external-facing program lead for US Government contracts. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between Palantir's internal engineering and product teams and government program offices, implementation teams, and industry partners.
You will act as a trusted representative with customers, ensuring that Palantir's technical capabilities, program priorities, and business interests are clearly communicated and appropriately prioritized across broader government programs. This is a high-visibility position requiring strong stakeholder management, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex government procurement and program environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing technical program execution and delivery for government clients
- Coordinating between internal teams (engineering, product, sales) and external government stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving technical and operational blockers
- Optimizing processes to improve program efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities
- Communicating program status, risks, and opportunities to leadership
You combine strong project management fundamentals with technical proficiency, process optimization skills, and a bias toward execution. You are comfortable with ambiguity, excel at problem-solving, and have a track record of scaling technical solutions. You embrace collaborative decision-making and are driven by delivering customer value.
