As Technical Program Manager for POS Integrations, you will own the end-to-end operational and onboarding lifecycle of POS integrations, from initial request through commercial completion.
You will coordinate country teams, POS partners, and internal stakeholders across the full integration lifecycle. Key responsibilities include tracking status, milestones, and timelines; communicating risks, blockers, and progress to leadership; driving approvals and decision-making; and actively removing blockers to maintain delivery momentum. You'll sync weekly with country representatives to prioritize bugs, new requests, and new integrations.
You will pair with a dedicated Super Developer on every integration and serve as the regional point of contact for POS onboarding. You'll co-own the onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS system with the developer, then own technical onboarding for all subsequent restaurants. You'll coordinate rollout and go-live activities with country teams and drive adoption to commercial completion.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You should be comfortable with technical topics including APIs, POS systems, and integration concepts without needing to code. Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners, and internal teams is essential. You must have a bias for action, actively chasing blockers and pushing decisions to maintain momentum. Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work is required, and English fluency is a must. Experience in hospitality tech, payments, or food & beverage is a nice-to-have.
You'll be based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and work US Central Time business hours (approximately 9am–6pm CT).
