As Technical Program Manager for POS Integrations, you will own the operational and onboarding lifecycle of POS integrations in your region, serving as the regional point of contact from initial request through commercial completion. You will coordinate country teams, POS partners, and internal stakeholders; track milestones and timelines; communicate risks and blockers; drive approvals and decision-making; and actively remove obstacles to keep delivery on track. Key responsibilities include syncing weekly with country representatives to prioritize bugs and new integration requests, co-owning onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with a dedicated Super Developer, and owning technical onboarding for subsequent restaurants. You will coordinate rollout and go-live activities with country teams and drive adoption to commercial completion. You should have 3+ years of experience in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations in fast-moving, high-growth environments. You must be comfortable with technical topics—APIs, POS systems, integration concepts—without needing to code. Strong stakeholder management across markets, partners, and internal teams is essential. You move fast, make strong decisions with incomplete information, take real ownership, and think like an operator. Experience with AI tools in daily work is required. Fluency in English is mandatory. Experience in hospitality tech, payments, or food & beverage is a plus.
