qlub is a fast-scaling fintech backed by Mastercard, Mubadala, e&, and Shorooq, transforming restaurant payments through QR-code-based pay-at-table solutions, digital menus, and order-and-pay platforms. The company has raised $72M and operates across multiple markets globally. As Technical Program Manager for POS Integrations, you will own the operational and onboarding lifecycle of POS integrations in your region, serving as the single point of accountability from initial request through commercial completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including country representatives, POS partners, and internal stakeholders to drive integration delivery. Key responsibilities include: tracking integration status, milestones, and timelines; communicating risks and blockers to leadership; driving approvals and removing blockers to maintain momentum; syncing weekly with country teams to prioritize bugs and new requests; co-owning onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with a dedicated Super Developer; and coordinating rollout and go-live activities to drive adoption to commercial completion. You will thrive in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment where you take real ownership and think operationally. You move quickly with incomplete information, make strong decisions, and are energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience. Required qualifications: 3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations; comfort with technical topics including APIs, POS systems, and integration concepts (coding not required); strong stakeholder management across markets, partners, and internal teams; bias for action with ability to chase blockers and maintain momentum; hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work; and fluency in English. Nice-to-have experience includes hospitality tech, payments, or food & beverage backgrounds.
