qlub is a fast-scaling fintech backed by Mastercard, Mubadala, e&, and Shorooq that eliminates friction from restaurant payments. The company has raised $72M and operates across multiple markets globally, with headcount doubling in the past year. qlub's platform enables pay-at-table, digital menus, order-and-pay, payment links, and SoftPOS terminals, allowing restaurants to focus on hospitality while qlub handles the payment experience. As Technical Program Manager for POS Integrations, you will be the operational and onboarding owner of POS integrations in your region, accountable end-to-end from initial request through commercial completion. You will coordinate country teams, POS partners, and internal stakeholders across the full integration lifecycle, tracking status, milestones, and timelines while communicating risks and progress. Key responsibilities include: driving approvals and decision-making to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum; syncing weekly with country representatives to prioritize bugs, new requests, and integrations; co-owning onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with a dedicated Super Developer; and owning technical onboarding for all subsequent restaurants. You will coordinate rollout and go-live activities with country teams and drive adoption to commercial completion. You thrive in fast-moving, build-from-scratch environments and take real ownership of your work. You move quickly and make strong decisions with incomplete information, thinking like an operator rather than a coordinator. You are energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience. Required qualifications: 3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations; comfort with technical topics including APIs, POS systems, and integration concepts (coding not required); strong stakeholder management across markets, partners, and internal teams; bias for action with ability to chase blockers and push decisions; hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work; and fluency in English. Nice-to-have experience includes hospitality tech, payments, or food & beverage sectors.
