As Technical Program Manager for POS Integrations, you will be the operational and onboarding owner of POS integrations in your region, accountable end-to-end from first request through Commercial Done. You'll pair with a dedicated Super Developer on every integration and serve as the regional point of contact for POS onboarding.
Key responsibilities include: coordinating country teams, POS partners, and internal stakeholders across the integration lifecycle; tracking status, milestones, and timelines; communicating risks, blockers, and progress; driving approvals and decision-making while actively removing blockers; syncing weekly with country representatives to prioritize bugs, new requests, and integrations; co-owning onboarding of the first restaurant on each new POS with the Super Developer; and owning technical onboarding for all subsequent restaurants. You'll also coordinate rollout and go-live with country teams and drive adoption to Commercial Done.
You thrive in fast-moving, build-from-scratch environments and take real ownership of your work. You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information, thinking like an operator rather than a coordinator. You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience.
Required: 3+ years in project/delivery management, technical account management, or integrations; comfort with technical topics (APIs, POS systems, integration concepts) without needing to code; strong stakeholder management across markets, partners, and internal teams; bias for action with ability to chase blockers and push decisions; hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work; and fluency in English. Nice-to-have: experience in hospitality tech, payments, or food & beverage.
