Tessera Labs is seeking a Technical Program Manager with deep Oracle ERP expertise to lead strategic customer implementations of its multi-agent AI platform for enterprise modernization. The role bridges Tessera's cutting-edge AI agents with complex enterprise systems across ERP, CRM, Finance, and operational platforms.
You will own end-to-end delivery of multi-agent AI modernization programs, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise ERP ecosystems. This includes leveraging deep Oracle ERP and enterprise systems knowledge to anticipate technical friction points related to data structures, legacy customizations, integrations, and workflow orchestration. You'll lead cross-functional delivery pods including Forward-Deployed Engineers, Data Engineers, and AI engineering teams through complex enterprise modernization initiatives spanning ERP, CRM, Finance, HRIS, and operational platforms.
Key responsibilities include acting as the primary technical interpreter between customer technical teams, business stakeholders, and Tessera's AI/product organizations. You'll lead discovery workshops to map complex system landscapes, business processes, data flows, and integration points to Tessera's agentic AI capabilities, translating technical trade-offs and implementation plans to both executive stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
You will drive Agile delivery within enterprise change management frameworks, anticipate risks related to legacy system remediation and data harmonization, and develop mitigation plans rooted in operational and technical realities. Ensure all delivery activities meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, auditability, and operational governance. Serve as the primary technical operations contact during onboarding and implementation, managing technical escalations and building trusted relationships with enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years managing or leading technical delivery for Oracle ERP programs, with strong understanding of enterprise business systems, integrations, data flows, and modernization challenges. Experience with one or more additional enterprise platforms (SAP, NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor) is required. Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts, APIs, middleware, and cross-platform integrations is essential. You must demonstrate proven experience in technical program management or enterprise engineering delivery, with ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional implementations with significant technical complexity. Experience working within enterprise IT environments and change management processes is required. Excellent technical communication skills, ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders, and startup mindset with extreme ownership are critical. Travel to customer sites for workshops, solution design sessions, and implementation oversight as needed.
