Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control centers, and brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to military applications. You will own a portion of a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs as the single point of ownership. You will partner with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to keep technical, cost, and schedule baselines aligned and commitments met. This role requires both architectural fluency and execution discipline—the technical depth to engage in open systems trade discussions combined with the rigor to drive milestone and risk burndown. You will represent your programs directly to the customer and serve as the primary interface to government program offices. Key responsibilities include: - Manage and facilitate systems engineering execution across open architecture teams and adopting teams - Drive execution across multiple efforts with accountability for sprint-to-sprint tactical outcomes - Develop deep understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products through creation and maintenance of systems engineering artifacts - Weigh in on overall strategy and specific implementations alongside Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers - Build integrated schedules and allocation plans with engineering leadership - Run program reviews and technical interchange meetings - Manage schedules and resources to achieve program objectives This is a high-impact role for someone energized by breadth, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and ready to take on additional scope as the portfolio grows. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs, including direct ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance - Active US Secret clearance (required) - Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering - Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across internal and external organizations - Proven track record as the primary interface to a government program office, running program reviews and technical interchange meetings and representing program status directly to the customer - Experience managing schedules and resources to achieve program objectives - Highly organized; able to manage concurrent programs and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to obtain and hold a US Top Secret clearance - Experience with MOSA (Modular Open Systems Architecture) or open systems standards work, including participation in GRA consortiums - Demonstrated ability to grow scope over time, taking on additional programs or complexity as a portfolio matures - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced technical degree a plus
