Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own a portion of a growing portfolio of government reference architecture programs. You will serve as the single point of ownership for assigned programs, partnering with engineering, contracts, and government stakeholders to keep technical, cost, and schedule baselines aligned and commitments met. In this role, you will blend architectural fluency with execution discipline—holding your own in open systems trade discussions while driving milestone and risk burndown with rigor. You will represent your programs directly to the customer and be energized by breadth, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and ready to take on additional scope as the portfolio grows. Key responsibilities include: - Manage and facilitate systems engineering execution across open architecture teams and adopting teams - Drive execution across multiple efforts with accountability for tactical sprint-to-sprint outcomes - Develop deep understanding of Anduril platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products through creation and maintenance of systems engineering artifacts - Weigh in on overall strategy and specific implementations alongside Lead Systems Engineers and Chief Engineers - Build integrated schedules and allocation plans with engineering leadership - Manage concurrent programs and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment - Run program reviews and technical interchange meetings with government stakeholders Anduril is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of progressive experience in program management on government or defense programs, including direct ownership of cost, schedule, and technical performance - Active US Secret clearance (required) - Experience with systems engineering and/or software engineering - Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across internal and external organizations - Proven track record as the primary interface to a government program office, running program reviews and technical interchange meetings and representing program status directly to the customer - Experience managing schedules and resources to achieve program objectives - Highly organized: able to manage concurrent programs and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to obtain and hold a US Top Secret clearance - Experience with MOSA or open systems standards work, including participation in GRA consortiums - Demonstrated ability to grow scope over time, taking on additional programs or complexity as a portfolio matures - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced technical degree a plus
