RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics solutions that combine hardware, software, and AI to automate factory operations. As Technical Program Manager, you will oversee multiple complex robot deployment programs simultaneously, from pre-sales alignment through technical solution design, implementation, and handover to operational business. You are responsible for end-to-end program ownership of strategically relevant robotics deployments. Key responsibilities include: - Managing multiple concurrent robotics deployment programs with full P&L accountability - Developing governance frameworks, reporting standards, and delivery processes that enable scalable, high-quality growth - Acting as strategic sparring partner to C-level executives, customers, and internal leadership teams - Maintaining oversight of both technical integration details and commercial aspects (budgets, margins, resource planning, business cases) - Identifying systemic risks early, initiating preventive measures, and managing escalations - Analyzing patterns, identifying optimization opportunities, and driving automation of deployment processes - Creating transparency on progress, risks, dependencies, and business impact through data-driven decision-making The role offers flat hierarchies, open communication, regular 360° feedback, flexible working hours, modern office in Munich, and optional work-from-home depending on role. REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent German and English (both critical) - Completed technical university degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent qualification with significant technical professional experience - 5+ years managing complex technical programs, ideally in robotics, automation, industrial tech, or hardware-software integration - Proven experience building scalable project/deployment structures in high-growth environments - Strong systems understanding of mechatronic or cyber-physical systems - Ability to abstract technical details to executive level and translate to business impact - Confident presence with customers, management, and external partners - Experience with budget responsibility, resource planning, and commercial management - Structured, data-driven working style with pragmatic execution skills
