Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Mathematical Software & Algorithms to oversee the development and delivery of Battlespace Awareness software for critical defense programs. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and program leadership, requiring someone with strong software development expertise—particularly in optimization and estimation algorithms—combined with experience managing complex, multi-team projects across numerous stakeholders.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project execution plans covering feature development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring. You'll establish clear objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs, ensuring the software meets all technical, functional, and business requirements.
Key responsibilities include maintaining deep technical understanding of underlying algorithms and software interfaces for battle management, threat prediction, tracking, and classification to ensure effective integration with the larger C2 system. You'll stay current on latest techniques, collaborate with subject matter experts to incorporate innovations, and oversee comprehensive documentation including technical specifications and project reports.
You'll drive continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and oversee the planning and execution of software release processes, ensuring smooth deployment and adherence to quality standards before release.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll be the linchpin ensuring software development aligns with defined objectives and planned schedules. The role requires balancing deep technical credibility with program management discipline across a mission-critical defense application.
