Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 / annual
Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America, combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost. The company recently raised $1.37B in Series D funding at a $7.87B valuation and is rapidly expanding its manufacturing footprint with new capabilities in welding, casting, forging, electronics, and additive manufacturing.
As Technical Program Manager for Manufacturing Operations, you will own the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for key programs and products, serving as the central integrator between program, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and operations timelines. You will develop comprehensive schedules for products, programs, capabilities, and production sites, sequencing development, procurement, construction, equipment installation, and qualification activities across concurrent new product introduction (NPI) and factory-buildout workstreams to ensure feasible, realistic timelines.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the IMS as a trusted decision-making tool with reliable data; tracking schedule performance against baseline while proactively identifying risks and quantifying impacts of changes; facilitating cross-functional schedule reviews to ensure stakeholder alignment on milestones, deliverables, and resource trade-offs; and driving accountability for on-time delivery. You will also support the definition of scheduling philosophy, standards, and patterns while systematizing and automating processes to efficiently scale scheduling across the organization.
You bring 7+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, project management, engineering, or manufacturing planning, with demonstrated expertise developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules. You have strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and principles for duration estimation and risk qualification, proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheets, etc.), and the ability to build automations and connectors. You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder who can partner effectively with stakeholders and drive accountability.
Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, robotics, or complex hardware manufacturing is highly valued. You thrive in ambiguous environments, bring structure and process to fast-paced settings while maintaining velocity, and ideally have experience supporting multi-site or multi-program production environments or working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar analytics tools.
