As Technical Program Manager II, you will embed directly within an engineering pod to drive predictable, measurable execution. You'll own the pod's day-to-day operations, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives in close partnership with Product and Engineering leads.
Key responsibilities include: maintaining accurate work tracking and status reporting to leadership; owning delivery metrics such as predictability, sprint coverage, spillover, backlog health, and cycle time; driving spec-driven development by ensuring work is well-specified before build and measuring time from spec sign-off to shipped code; and championing process improvements and tooling enhancements that scale across the engineering organization.
You'll gain deep exposure to applied clinical AI systems spanning ASR, NLP, LLMs, and EHR integration. You'll develop systems-level judgment across the full software development lifecycle—from specification through production—and build data and metrics expertise that informs leadership decision-making. The role offers executive-grade influence and the opportunity to help design scalable operating models.
Required qualifications: 3–5 years as a Technical Program Manager driving delivery for software engineering teams. You must have technical fluency to navigate complex work, including reading system architecture, understanding the full SDLC, and following ML/AI system conversations. Strong data and metrics craft with issue-tracking tools (Jira), excellent written communication, and sound judgment in fast-moving environments are essential.
