Abnormal AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager I to drive execution for AI-driven SaaS security products. In this role, you will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to architect, define, and execute systems that ensure programs run predictably, efficiently, and with high visibility. You will translate complex technical requirements from Product Engineering, Platform and Infrastructure Engineering, ML Engineering, and other stakeholders into program plans with clearly defined milestones, owners, and deadlines. You'll drive programs and manage project schedules by determining dependencies across teams, proactively addressing risks, and reporting progress to ensure on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include participating in technical strategy development and resource planning with engineering and product partners, building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment, and designing, establishing, and iterating on best practices and repeatable processes for operational excellence, including incident management and post-mortems. The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, handling competing priorities and ambiguity with confidence. You should have a growth mindset, be a quick learner, and bring strong project management and communication skills. You'll need 2-4 years of overall professional experience with at least 1-2 years in Technical Program or Project Management, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline, and experience with product lifecycle management, SaaS tools like Jira, SQL, agile/scrum processes, and multi-stakeholder coordination. Curiosity about AI-first security products is essential. Experience with AI technologies and tools for program management is a plus.
