Mistral is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of its high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee HPC cluster deployments from hardware procurement through production readiness, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with technical and operational objectives.
Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; allocating resources and managing budgets; negotiating agreements with data centers and infrastructure providers; facilitating cross-functional collaboration between technical and operational teams; communicating progress and strategic direction to stakeholders; and implementing quality control measures.
You will work with a distributed, collaborative team across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East. The role is based in Paris or London with potential for remote work (with frequent travel to Paris if remote). Your work directly impacts Mistral's ability to scale its AI infrastructure to support enterprise customers in finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector.

Required qualifications include a technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; proven experience managing large infrastructure projects, ideally in HPC; deep program management expertise with a track record of delivering complex projects; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; strong vendor negotiation abilities; and the ability to thrive in cross-functional team environments.
