The Enterprise Architecture team improves the internal systems and technologies that enable Anduril to scale across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, finance, and growth. As Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Architecture, you will own the execution framework for enterprise architecture initiatives, translating ambiguous work into clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
You will support both cross-system architects and single-system specialists working on platforms such as PLM, ERP, MES, and WMS. Your responsibilities include coordinating product managers, developers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and functional partners; maintaining a reliable portfolio view in a single system of record; identifying risks and dependencies early; and driving issues to resolution with clear escalation context.
You will establish lightweight operating cadences for planning, status, risk review, and decision-making without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. You'll translate technical activity into business-facing reporting that communicates delivery health, measurable impact, and prioritization trade-offs to leadership. You'll also facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure architecture decisions, dependencies, and best practices remain accessible.
This role requires 7+ years of technical project or program management experience, preferably supporting architecture teams. You need broad technical fluency across enterprise systems, proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments, strong systems-thinking capabilities, and excellent communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences. You should be proficient with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to preserve team speed while establishing accountability.
