Salary: USD 140,000 - 215,000 / annual

Everlaw seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive technical alignment, system ownership, and process enforcement across the Engineering team. This high-visibility role focuses on Engineering Manager and Engineering Program Management enablement, building self-service automation and tools that multiply organizational capacity. You will partner closely with senior engineering leadership to cultivate strategic relationships and unblock technical teams. Bridge the gap between engineering infrastructure and business intelligence by defining and collecting datasets that inform data-driven decision-making. Your work will directly impact engineering velocity, enabling multidisciplinary teams to execute with confidence, clarity, and autonomy. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with Software Engineers and Engineering Managers to define project scope, track dependencies, and remove blockers for successful project completion - Develop and refine roadmaps for operational programs, translating requirements into concrete technical solutions aligned with business objectives - Build automation-based workflows, workflow agents, and self-service tools within AWS, Salesforce, Fivetran, Jira, and GitHub to serve as organizational force multipliers - Define, collect, and sanitize raw usage data to design business intelligence visualizations that inform decisions and measure program impact - Synthesize complex project information into accessible narratives for engineering leadership and stakeholders - Break down technical solutions into meaningful milestones and execute with high confidence across your program portfolio - Operate and deliver projects utilizing industry and project management best practices You bring 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in similar technical program/project management functions. You have a background in software development or deep understanding of software engineering platforms and infrastructure architecture. You possess domain expertise and working Python knowledge in data structures, distributed systems, and business intelligence data analysis. You are proficient with Jira, GitHub, AWS, Salesforce, or Fivetran to build modular data preparations and clean visualizations. You are a strategic relationship builder who navigates team dynamics effectively, manages competing priorities, and unblocks technical teams. You communicate clearly, turning complex technical data into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.
