Salary: USD 129,000 - 171,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead engineering applications and systems optimization for ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of their hardware enterprise. This role bridges product strategy and execution, working across engineering teams, software developers, infrastructure, security, procurement, and external vendors to maximize value from engineering tools and systems (CAD, CAE, requirements management, etc.).
You will translate product strategy into executable programs with clear milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include maintaining visibility across concurrent workstreams, identifying dependencies and risks, driving execution across diverse stakeholders, and converting unwritten work into accountable plans. You'll facilitate requirements definition, lead pilots and implementations, manage migrations and rollouts, oversee adoption, and provide decision-ready escalations on consequential tradeoffs.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in engineering, technical program management, or engineering-systems implementation. Required expertise includes familiarity with platforms like NX, Simcenter, Teamcenter, Cameo/TWC, or Jama; hands-on knowledge of MCAD, ECAD, CAE, MBSE, or requirements-management workflows; demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent, technically complex programs across organizational boundaries; and technical fluency with system integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise deployments.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a practicing mechanical, electrical, systems, or analysis engineer; delivery of pilots, migrations, or major upgrades through adoption; aerospace, defense, automotive, or complex hardware manufacturing background; familiarity with digital-thread and Model-Based Enterprise concepts; and experience with enterprise licensing, procurement, and vendor management. Must be a US person.
