Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead engineering systems optimization and strategic initiatives within ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of their hardware enterprise. This role bridges product strategy, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize value from engineering tools and platforms (CAD, CAE, requirements management, simulation systems) while steering future investments.
You will translate product strategy into executable programs with clear milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include maintaining visibility across concurrent workstreams, dependencies, risks, and resource gaps; driving execution across engineering users, software teams, infrastructure, security, procurement, and external vendors; identifying and converting missing handoffs into accountable plans; facilitating requirements and scope definition with product, customer, and technical owners; and leading pilots, implementations, migrations, rollouts, and adoption efforts.
You will provide decision-ready updates to leadership and escalate consequential tradeoffs early. The role requires deep technical fluency with engineering platforms such as NX, Simcenter, Teamcenter, Cameo/TWC, and Jama, as well as working knowledge of MCAD, ECAD, CAE, MBSE, and requirements-management workflows. You must have 5+ years of relevant experience in engineering, technical program management, or engineering-systems implementation, with demonstrated success leading multiple concurrent, technically complex programs across organizational boundaries.
Experience coordinating internal development teams, engineering customers, infrastructure partners, and external vendors is essential. You should have technical fluency with system integrations, APIs, data flows, authentication, and enterprise deployments. Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a practicing mechanical, electrical, systems, or analysis engineer; experience delivering pilots, migrations, major upgrades, or internal products through adoption; background in aerospace, defense, automotive, or complex hardware manufacturing; and familiarity with digital-thread, Model-Based Enterprise, data-migration, and ETL concepts.
