Applied Intuition is a $15B-valued AI infrastructure company (founded 2017) powering physical AI for autonomous systems across automotive, defense, trucking, construction, mining, and agriculture. The company serves 18 of the top 20 global automakers and the US military, with headquarters in Sunnyvale and offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
You will establish and lead program management for flagship customer engagements in EMEA, operating at the intersection of OEM programs and internal delivery teams. This is a hands-on role requiring technical credibility, direct customer ownership, and the ability to build structure in a fast-moving environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Stand up and run program management: define milestones, own timelines and deliverables, manage sprint and roadmap execution for software development teams through series production
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers; translate ambiguous requirements into tracked engineering work and provide structured, regular updates
- Act as synchronization point between EMEA team, OEM programs, and Sunnyvale HQ; run recurring cadences with engineering, product, and leadership; align technical roadmaps across time zones
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Vehicle Intelligence EMEA Operations team; maintain tracking and reporting, run internal cadences, unblock cross-team dependencies
- Drive issues to closure; own problem-solving and decision-making across teams and sites
The role requires operating independently across multiple sites and time zones with reliable overlap with Sunnyvale teams. You will represent Applied Intuition directly with senior customer stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in technical program management or engineering within automotive or embedded industry, ideally with hands-on OEM experience
- Strong customer-facing presence; comfortable representing the company independently with senior stakeholders
- Technical depth in embedded systems, middleware, or ADAS sufficient to assess feasibility and engage engineers credibly
- Ability to operate independently across sites and time zones with reliable Sunnyvale overlap
- Stockholm- or Munich-based, or open to relocation
NICE TO HAVE:
- Prior experience in startup or high-growth environment
- Familiarity with automotive development standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, AUTOSAR)
