Fictiv is building an operating system for sourcing custom mechanical parts, serving Fortune 500 customers in autonomous vehicles, surgical systems, and industrial robotics. The company is expanding operations in India and seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead program execution and drive operational excellence.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end project execution across multiple programs and regions, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. You will work directly with manufacturing partners and internal teams (engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, quality) to coordinate complex program delivery. As the primary customer point of contact, you will drive scope clarity, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment while managing program risks proactively.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, engaging with internal teams and external partners, understanding customer requirements, managing post-sale change requests, tracking program performance metrics, and escalating issues to leadership. You will report on-site to the Program Management Lead in the Bengaluru office.
You will leverage your engineering background and manufacturing process knowledge to implement effective program management processes in a new region with new manufacturing partners. You will also identify workflow improvements, drive cross-functional process development for new service offerings, and help establish robust processes for scaling operations.
