As Technical Program Manager for Cloud Infrastructure & Data Programs, you will drive execution of critical initiatives spanning cloud platforms, customer applications, and field operations. You'll manage complex, interdependent workstreams across Engineering, Commercial, and Operations teams, translating technical dependencies into coherent program plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing cloud platform and customer application delivery across multiple functions
- Anticipating and mitigating technical and program risks with early visibility
- Balancing tactical implementation with strategic roadmap development in a fast-moving environment
- Defining lightweight program management practices that scale without compromising safety or quality
- Coordinating cross-functional teams on complex technical interdependencies from cloud infrastructure to field operations
- Facilitating high-stakes technical decision-making and helping teams navigate tradeoffs
- Owning program success with relentless accountability
You bring 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager or comparable technical leadership role, with proven ability to deliver complex multi-disciplinary systems involving cloud infrastructure, software, and physical deployments. Domain expertise required in infrastructure and cloud platforms, including familiarity with ML/simulation loops, data storage, and security protocols for autonomous systems. You have 2+ years leading safety-critical or high-reliability systems and understand the rigor required for physical-world operations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is expected. You thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and excel at building lightweight structures and durable processes.
