Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for its Autonomous Systems Command & Control (C2) division. In this role, you will serve as the operational engine behind engineering teams, partnering with developers to optimize development processes and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and stabilizing projects to maintain momentum and predictability
- Identifying and removing technical and organizational roadblocks
- Anticipating customer needs and translating them into actionable engineering priorities
- Optimizing development workflows and scaling technical solutions
- Freeing up engineers to focus on core technical problems by handling process and coordination overhead
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between engineering, product, and customer needs
You will need a combination of project management expertise, process optimization skills, technical proficiency, and strong execution capabilities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving complex problems, scaling solutions, and is intellectually humble—always embracing the best idea regardless of its source.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with technical teams on mission-critical autonomous systems software. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize ruthlessly, and have a track record of improving team velocity and product quality.
