Webflow is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Emerging Products to lead the execution of new AI-native products from prototype through general availability. You will own the execution portfolio across multiple engineering pods and cross-functional workstreams spanning Engineering, Product, Design, and Go-to-Market. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end execution for emerging product lines, partnering with Engineering leaders, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to decompose complex technical challenges into clear milestones and sequencing. - Design and operate the execution model for fast-moving, zero-to-one programs: pod structure, DRI cadences, cross-functional syncs, readiness checklists, and leadership reviews. - Define GA and launch readiness criteria with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams; drive trade-off decisions with named owners and decision dates. - Anticipate risks and dependencies across pillars, establish proactive risk management, and provide executives with data-driven visibility into program status. - Build repeatable systems, health metrics, and playbooks that become the default for how Webflow launches new products, embedding AI tooling and automation to scale visibility. - Coach Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and peer TPMs on execution craft and ownership behaviors. This is a full-time, permanent, exempt position reporting to the Senior Director, EPD Operations. The role is remote-first within the United States. Requirements: - BS/BA college degree or relevant equivalent experience - 7+ years of experience in technical program management with a proven track record of running strategic, cross-pillar programs - Experience taking a new product from zero to launch, or leading programs in incubation, new-venture, or emerging-technology environments where scope and requirements were still being defined - Strong technical foundation and comfort partnering with technical leaders on architecture trade-offs; experience with AI, agentic, or developer platform products strongly preferred - Demonstrated ability to build repeatable systems (operating cadences, readiness frameworks, health metrics) that improved execution beyond a single program - Hyper-organized with capability to coordinate across multiple independent work streams without losing the thread - Ability to thrive in ambiguity, frame trade-offs, facilitate prioritization, and bring forward recommended solutions - Role model for effective execution practices with attuned sense of priority and urgency - Excellent communication with executives and engineers; confident presenter to leadership teams - Proficiency with program management tooling (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Google Suite) - Proactive embrace of AI and fluency in emerging technologies
