ValonOS is a unified platform designed for the AI era, enabling AI agents to automate and continuously improve operations.
As Technical Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end program management for complex technical initiatives from conception through launch. You'll own planning, execution, and delivery of critical programs, defining scope, setting timelines, and managing risks. Your responsibilities include driving cross-functional coordination across multiple engineering teams, product managers, design, and operations to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
You will optimize development processes by identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, predictability, and quality across the product development lifecycle. You'll manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication of program status, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Key responsibilities include mitigating risks and resolving technical, operational, and organizational challenges that impact program delivery. You'll define and track success metrics for programs, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. As the second TPM at Valon, you'll have a unique opportunity to help define the vision, strategy, and best practices for the TPM function.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced, complex software development environments, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale cross-functional technical programs. You need strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders. Prior fintech experience is a plus but not required.
