Suki is an AI-powered healthcare technology company that provides voice solutions to help clinicians reduce administrative burden. The company's flagship product, Suki Assistant, uses generative AI to automatically create clinical documentation from patient-clinician conversations, helping clinicians complete notes 72% faster and delivering a 9X ROI in year one. As Technical Program Manager, you will drive the successful technical integration of Suki with major health systems and health technology clients. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders while ensuring integrations deliver on success metrics. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining deployment project plans, ensuring cross-functional resources are in place, and regularly reporting on deployment progress - Serving as the technical point person for each client integration, guiding stakeholders through EMR integration steps - Testing integrations and green-lighting each integration stage, escalating issues as needed - Establishing and maintaining internal and external-facing documentation for integration requirements and processes - Collaborating closely with Engineering to solve technical challenges and develop robust test plans - Partnering with Product to share EMR constraints, gaps, and learnings - Educating Suki colleagues on integration best practices and requirements - Identifying optimization opportunities in the integration process - Engaging with EMR vendor partners to streamline technical integration - Communicating deployment status and technical issues to cross-functional teams You will need strong understanding of SDLC, ability to establish repeatable and efficient integration processes, and capacity to influence stakeholders both internally and externally. Experience with JIRA and project management tools is expected. The role requires executive-level communication skills, adaptability in a fast-moving environment, and obsessive focus on customer experience.
