Solidus Labs is building market integrity infrastructure for digital assets and is scaling its product organization. This is a founding role for the delivery function, reporting to product leadership. You will own product delivery execution as a discipline, starting by taking ownership of agile ceremonies for an initial set of squads, then building the standards, cadences, and tooling that enable predictable delivery across the product organization. You'll work across squads spanning trade surveillance, transaction monitoring, and platform infrastructure, partnering with Product Managers, engineering leads, and data/algorithm teams. The role bridges a distributed organization: Product Managers are primarily in New York, while engineering teams are distributed across European time zones. You'll establish disciplined async communication, maintain a reliable decision log, and run ceremonies during the NY–London overlap window. Phase 1 focuses on embedding with initial squads and learning where delivery currently breaks down. Phase 2 involves codifying Solidus's planning and delivery approach—repeatable cadences, clean reporting, decision-log discipline—and expanding coverage while coaching engineering leads to facilitate ceremonies under your standards. Key responsibilities include owning sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives; establishing delivery discipline through cadences and definitions of done; proactively identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies; tracking delivery health metrics (throughput, predictability, cycle time, roadmap alignment); and maintaining Jira and Confluence as the source of truth for epics, timelines, and reporting. You'll be accountable for delivery predictability and health across the product organization, continuously improving how the org operates while enabling teams to self-run under common standards.
