Founded in 2014 and backed by top-tier investors including Social Capital, Khosla Ventures, Y Combinator, and executives from PayPal and Airbnb, sFOX is building the infrastructure to open global financial markets. We seek a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives driving the development, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable fintech solutions. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and executive stakeholders to deliver complex programs that improve customer experiences and support business growth. Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across product and engineering teams; monitoring scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics; coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners; facilitating technical and business discussions; establishing governance processes and executive communications; monitoring program performance using KPIs and SLAs; supporting development and release cycles including production deployments and change management; and collaborating with third-party vendors and financial institutions. Required qualifications: 4–7 years of Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management experience; 2+ years supporting fintech initiatives (banking, payments, trading, financial services); strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies; experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms; general knowledge of financial regulations (KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, Watchlists); effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong analytical and organizational skills; proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana); Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Preferred: experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, crypto, or trading/brokerages; familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management; PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification; experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments.
