Sardine is a leading agentic risk platform for fighting financial crime, offering integrated solutions that unify data across risk teams to stop fraud in real time, prevent AI-driven attacks, and automate fraud and AML operations. The company serves enterprise clients including FIS, GoDaddy, Intuit, Edward Jones, ZoomInfo, and Checkout.com. As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end integration project plan for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements. Your responsibilities include defining milestone deliverables, managing dependencies, establishing implementation timelines, and tracking client-specific product feature requests through resolution. You'll serve as the trusted point of contact for clients throughout integration, communicating proactively, surfacing risks early, and deeply understanding requirements. Key responsibilities include: owning integration project plans with clear milestone deliverables and dependencies; establishing RACI matrices and communication cadences upfront; keeping Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams aligned on the critical path; tracking client feature requests from intake through resolution to prevent tickets from stalling; managing structured communication across internal teams and clients; ensuring deliverables and artifacts are organized and owned; building fluency in the Sardine product to act as a thought partner on feature requests; and reporting on project health including deliverable slippage, root causes, dependency risks, and capacity planning across concurrent engagements. You'll need 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including time managing implementations for large enterprise clients. Direct experience with formal enterprise project management expectations (structured governance, RACI, milestone-based reporting) is essential, along with judgment to calibrate rigor appropriately for different client sizes and speeds. Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance at B2B SaaS companies selling to enterprise is preferred. You must be comfortable acting as a thought partner to Engineering and Product, speaking credibly about technical dependencies and tradeoffs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to translate technical status into language enterprise stakeholders will trust. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-stakes engagements without losing details are critical. Sardine maintains a remote-first culture with hubs in the Bay Area, NYC, Austin, Toronto, and São Paulo. The company values performance over hours worked and emphasizes work-life balance. Compensation includes cash, equity with early exercise options, flexible PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, 401k/RRSP matching, MacBook Pro, home office stipend, meal stipend, social meet-up stipend, health and wellness stipend, and annual learning stipend.
