As a Trading Operations Associate, you will provide high-quality support to enterprise-level clients, addressing issues related to order entry, execution, best execution, trade surveillance, and high-touch order handling. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively monitoring their trading activity to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include delivering customer support through multiple channels (phone, email, chat) to resolve issues related to account management, order processing, FIX sessions, and OMS functionality. You will monitor client accounts and trading activity for anomalies, providing timely alerts and support. You'll stay informed on market developments and trading infrastructure to offer relevant guidance, and monitor corporate actions including dividends, stock splits, and mergers. You will collaborate closely with trading desks, operations, IT, and compliance teams to address client issues efficiently. Collecting client feedback and sharing insights with product and management teams will help refine services and tools. Compliance and risk management are critical—you'll ensure all client interactions and trading activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, plus 2-3 years of experience in brokerage operations, trading, or related fields. You must have proven experience in customer support, relationship management, and trading services, with demonstrated familiarity with trading platforms, equities trading, and FIX protocol. FINRA Series 7 or 63 certification (or local equivalent) is required, with willingness to obtain within the first 6 months if not already held. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with excellent English written and verbal communication. Proficiency in French, German, or Arabic is a plus. You must be able to work independently, manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high ethical standards.
