Molg is building robotic systems that make electronics manufacturing circular, automating how hardware is designed, manufactured, disassembled, repaired, reused, and recovered. The company works with hyperscalers and leading electronics manufacturers to turn e-waste into resilient, data-driven supply chains using robotics, computational design, and AI.
As Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex technical programs from concept through delivery, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams. Your primary focus is driving software execution while coordinating work spanning hardware, firmware, robotics, and manufacturing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex technical programs from planning through successful delivery, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and priorities remain aligned
- Driving execution across Software, Robotics, Hardware, Firmware, Product, and Business teams
- Building and maintaining integrated program plans that account for cross-functional dependencies across multiple engineering disciplines
- Identifying risks early, removing blockers, and proactively driving decisions before they impact delivery
- Facilitating clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and trade-offs
- Partnering with engineering leaders to balance scope, quality, and delivery schedules in a fast-moving startup environment
- Establishing lightweight, scalable program management practices that improve visibility and execution
You bring significant experience leading complex technical programs in fast-paced engineering organizations, with deep knowledge of modern software development lifecycles. You have a strong systems perspective and understand how software interacts with hardware, firmware, robotics, and manufacturing. Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering programs involving hardware and software is essential; robotics, embedded systems, autonomous systems, industrial automation, or IoT experience is highly preferred.
You build credibility through technical curiosity, thoughtful communication, and strong execution. You're highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by solving complex cross-functional challenges. The role reports directly to the Director of Software. Molg operates as a 100% in-person team in Sterling, VA, with an industrial facility including robots, CNC milling machines, 3D printers, and hands-on collaboration.
