Loft Orbital is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Infrastructure team and drive operational excellence across complex satellite operations. In this high-autonomy role, you will bring structure and clarity to a highly cross-functional environment, coordinating workloads and programs while supporting global on-call operations. You'll strengthen the team's ways of working, ensure risks, dependencies, and escalations are visible and managed, and directly improve the efficiency of engineering teams and the reliability and scalability of satellite operations. Your responsibilities will include program coordination across Infrastructure, Operations, Solutions, and Product Engineering functions, with significant visibility into how Loft manages and scales its satellite fleet. This role offers broad autonomy and substantial opportunity to shape processes and ways of working while partnering with multiple teams to deliver complex work efficiently and predictably.
