Kela Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of complex, multidisciplinary defense and aerospace programs. This role serves as the central point of ownership across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer delivery, spanning from contract award through design, integration, qualification, production, and fielding. Key responsibilities include translating program objectives into executable plans that connect development, procurement, manufacturing, test, and customer milestones. You will identify critical-path items, dependencies, resource constraints, and execution risks, driving mitigation plans and escalating issues as needed. The role requires ownership of alignment across engineering leadership, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, as well as program reviews, contractual deliverables, and customer submissions. You will track requirements, interfaces, and configuration baselines with engineering teams, driving verification and acceptance activities through closure. Collaboration with manufacturing and supply chain teams on production readiness, supplier execution, material availability, build planning, and delivery commitments is essential. Additional responsibilities include supporting proposals, statements of work, and future-phase planning, while building structure, operating rhythms, and accountability across teams to streamline execution. The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline with 5+ years of relevant technical program management experience. You must have demonstrated experience with production, deployment, or integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems, as well as government customers, contracts, and formal deliverables. The ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive work to completion with limited direction is critical. You should possess sufficient technical depth to engage effectively in technical discussions across the program lifecycle and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English. Preferred qualifications include experience delivering aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomous, or other highly integrated technical systems; driving a hardware product from prototype through qualification into production; and proficiency with project management software and modern PM tools.
