Infinitum is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of complex electric motors and related products. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the VP of TPM, requiring a strategic thinker and skilled executor capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously while driving alignment across departments. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end execution of new product introduction (NPI) programs from concept through launch and managing product end-of-life transitions. You will establish and maintain project baselines for cost, scope, and schedule in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams. The role demands identifying and resolving issues that impact program success, holding all team members—including executive staff—accountable for deliverables, and ensuring compliance with the Infinitum LifeCycle (ILC) process through documented waivers for any deviations. You will serve as the central point of contact for program status, risks, and decisions, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders. Weekly project team meetings will keep all members informed, aligned, and on track. The position also involves driving continuous improvement in program execution and product development processes, applying best practices in program and product lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Required qualifications include a BS in Engineering, Business, or related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or product development. You must have proven experience managing electro-mechanical product development programs, strong leadership skills for cross-functional team management, and expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and product lifecycle processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience in regulated industries (telecom, utilities, automotive, aerospace), familiarity with ERP/MRP/PLM systems (NetSuite, Arena, Plex), ability to influence without direct authority, and strong analytical thinking.
