inDrive is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own and deliver the company's largest cross-team programs end-to-end. This is a deeply technical role that sits at the intersection of product intent and engineering reality.
You will work across tens of product and engineering teams, partnering directly with Product Managers and engineering leadership to scope, prioritize, and phase major initiatives. You'll be responsible for the complete dependency picture across the organization, from architecture discussions and design reviews through execution and launch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end delivery of inDrive's largest org-wide technical programs over multiple quarters, from initiation through adoption
- Partner with Product Managers to scope programs, challenge requirements, and translate ambiguous product intent into defensible program shapes
- Drive prioritization and phasing decisions with Product and Engineering leadership to ensure value lands early
- Identify, map, and resolve dependencies across the entire technical surface
- Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to system design, scalability, and reliability decisions
- Own the technical coherence of end-to-end solutions spanning multiple services, platforms, vendors, and markets
- Use engineering background to help teams make sound design decisions and weigh product-versus-technology trade-offs
- Manage a portfolio of programs: sequence them, resolve cross-program dependencies and capacity conflicts
- Create structure and frameworks where none exists, defining decision points, operating cadences, and communication models
- Detect systemic risk visible only from a cross-program vantage point and intervene to stabilize at-risk programs
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and design scalable processes to improve execution speed
- Partner directly with Product/Engineering Directors, VPs, the CTO, and CPO on priorities and trade-offs
- Mentor other Technical Program Managers and set craft direction for the program management group
Requirements:
- Background in building software or leading engineers; ability to hold your own with staff engineers and architects
- Deep technical understanding and comfort with architecture discussions and design reviews
- Experience coordinating multiple product teams' work to ensure timely delivery
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, identify issues, and communicate with stakeholders
- Experience managing priorities, risks, and dependencies at scale
- Ability to establish processes for continuous improvement of delivery metrics, quality, and team engagement
- Based in Georgia (the country), not the U.S. state
